Certified Hospitality Department Trainer (CHDT®)

Training is more important than ever before. As a hospitality department trainer, you protect your property by making sure everyone is well-trained in job skills, proper safety procedures, and property and legal policies. By earning the Certified Hospitality Department Trainer certification, you show you possess skills in delivering training, analyzing needs, and evaluating results.

The CHDT designation gives you industry recognition for you—a professional who not only excels at your own job, but also takes on the added responsibility of showing others how to do the job right.

The CHDT certification can help you excel in your current position, move further toward your career goals, and show that you are among the best in your profession.”
