Charles Hains, Australian, is a hospitality practitioner with over 30 years experience as an industry operator, manager and educator. He is currently Head of Project Development for B.H.M.S Switzerland where he is responsible for creating strategic alliances with educational institutions offering business, hospitality and culinary programmes.
Charles has held academic management positions in Swiss Hotel Schools for more than 20 years including Academic Director, Director of Culinary Arts, Director of Programmes and Director of Teaching and Learning. He holds a Master of Science Degree from Manchester Metropolitan University and is a Certified Hospitality Educator. His key area of research is in experiential education using Business Simulations and has presented papers and published on this topic. His extensive industry experience covers a wide range of activities in hotels, restaurants, catering, supplying and consulting.
Charles currently consults on a range of educational activities focused on:

Dawn has over 20 years of Food & Beverage and Hospitality having worked with Award-Winning Hotels, Michelin Star Restaurants, International Food Brands, Celebrity Chefs and Influencers. She began her digital career in 2001 and is highly regarded as a Consultant and Service provider.

A keen ‘foodie’, Dawn appeared on MasterChef in 2014, her writing has been featured in publications such as the Huffington Post and Menuism. She is a frequent radio guest and Public Speaker – delivering talks and workshops at events, such as Social Media Week Dubai, the Middle East Food Forum, and The Restaurant Show.

She has a unique understanding of the frustrations and motivations of the industry, and a deep understanding of the evolving digital ecosystem,
