CTH (Confederation of Tourism & Hospitality)

At CTH (Confederation of Tourism & Hospitality), our core mission is to provide the highest standard of hospitality and tourism qualifications. CTH achieves this through robust monitoring supported by industry, universities and the UK government regulator, Ofqual. CTH has partnerships with major international employers and academic institutions. CTH is a member of the Federation of Awarding Bodies.

AHLEI (American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute)

The American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI) was founded in 1953 to provide working hospitality professionals with education and training. AHLEI continues to meet the needs of the industry with a variety of hospitality solutions, including online learning, professional certification, and resources for high schools, colleges, and workforce agencies.

ICM (Institute of Commercial Management)

Established in the 1970s, the Institute of Commercial Management is the leading professional body for Commercial and Business Development staff working in the following key industry sectors.

The Institute is also an international examining and Awarding body, providing globally recognised Awards for business and management students.

The World Association of Chefs’ Societies

The World Association of Chefs’ Societies, or Worldchefs in short, is a global network of chefs associations first founded in October 1928 at the Sorbonne in Paris. At that first congress there were 65 delegates from 17 countries, representing 36 national and international associations, and the venerable August Escoffier was named the first Honorary President of Worldchefs.

Today, this global body has 100 official chefs associations as members that represent over 10 million professional chefs worldwide. The biennial congress is a hallmark tradition of Worldchefs and has been organised in over 20 cities across the world throughout its illustrious 82-year history.

Taylor’s University College

Eurhodip

Eurhodip is a support association for hotel and tourism schools inside and outside Europe. Eurhodip started in the late 1980’s as an association for purely European schools. Over the years a growing interest for Eurhodip started and many schools in several parts of the world applied for membership.

Today Eurhodip gathers some 150 schools and universities from 35 countries. For more than 25 years, Eurhodip has worked on supporting and promoting high quality education for the benefit of member schools and in general the global hospitality and tourism industry. Eurhodip guarantees a high quality support, based on the latest insights in European hospitality and tourism education.

International Federation of Pastry Ice Cream and Chocolate

The International Federation of Pastry Ice Cream and Chocolate is an association whose fundamental works are to carry out activities inherent to the development, knowledge and experiences typical of confectionary internationally understood as confectionary art.

It also plays a role in the development of the activity of bakers, ice cream makers, chocolatiers, cooks, sculptor/artists on a national and international level with the aim of ensuring the defense of social and professional  values,  morals and also to improve the prestige and image of the whole category.
The association has as its purpose the professional formation, organization of events and fairs, the promotion and development of the handicraft sector typical of every nation.

Speciality Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE)

The Speciality Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE) sits at the very heart of the coffee community, where thousands of coffee professionals and enthusiasts can share their wealth of knowledge and experience with one another.

Everything we do at SCAE is focused on Inspiring Coffee Excellence through innovation, education, research and most importantly, communication. This is our vision to take speciality coffee out to the world, to educate consumers on this most fascinating beverage for the benefit of every level in the supply chain, whilst helping to ensure the long-term sustainability of our industry.

EUHOFA International

EUHOFA International is a non-profit association of hotel school directors and deans of hospitality colleges and universities who meet and work continuously to ensure the highest quality of education in their institutes. It is governed by statutes and administered by a committee.

Chefs’ Association of Pakistan (CAP)

The Chefs’ Association of Pakistan (CAP), founded in 2006, is an apolitical and nonprofit organization. The CAP is a proud member of World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS), Paris – the global authority on food. The CAP is the only national association of Pakistan, which is internationally recognized. It represents finest chefs, restaurateurs, hoteliers, food & beverage companies, culinarians, educators, learners and other stakeholders of Pakistan’s hospitality, culinary, travel and tourism Industry.
